Stokas Realty Advisors (SRA) was formed in December 2001 to service the real estate needs of retailers in the entire State of Michigan.

SRA specializes in retail site selection, disposition of excess corporate properties and lease restructuring across the state. SRA utilizes the latest cutting edge technology in formation of site-review books/marketing materials and prides itself on superior market knowledge.

If the opportunity is right and fits into the strategic plan of its retail clients, SRA will take the lead in site development.

Jim Stokas, Principal of SRA, has 30 years of “retail only,” real estate experience. Prior to forming SRA, Jim was with CBRE and Trammell Crow Company.

Jim is affiliated with ICSC and is the founder of the X Team Partners.
